Mr.Whiting explained that this would allow the architect to go ahead and evaluate the structural integrity of the Bel Rae. These services would be completed for$2,820. MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Stigney to authorize staff and Mayor McCarty to spend funds out of appropriate funds to for the architectural assessment of the Bel Rae building. Mayor McCarty noted he would like to see that an air quality analysis is part of the overall assessment. It was noted that this may increase the cost of the architectural assessment if it is not included in General Building Quality. MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Stigney to amend their motion to INCLUDE an air quality analysis as part of the architectural assessment of the Bel Rae building. VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried • REPORTS: Report of Council members: Trude: Ms.Trude reported that Mr. Stigney and herself met with Mr. Whiting to review the conceptual layout of the building. Mr.Whiting provided a brief update and noted that the city is still reviewing the proposal that the voters saw at the Voter Information Meeting with gymnasium options. Koopmeiners: No report. Sti gney: Mr. Stigney noted that he had a copy of the St.Anthony Community Center floor plan and cost breakdown and he would encourage council members to review it and tour the facility.
