These <br /> • include: <br /> • approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment changing the designation on this property <br /> from medium density residential to mixed use; <br /> • approval of a general concept plan; and <br /> • approval of the ordinance changing the City's official zoning map for this property from <br /> B-1 and R-2 to PUD <br /> At your meeting on May 12, 1997, the City Council passed Resolution No. 5104 approving the <br /> Comp Plan amendment, Resolution No. 5119 approving the general concept plan, and introduced <br /> for first reading Ordinance No. 598, which would change the designation for the O'Neil property <br /> on the City's official zoning map to PUD. <br /> The item before City Council at this meeting is second reading and consideration of Ordinance <br /> No. 598.
