Project summaries will be reviewed by the Livable Communities Advisory Committee. <br /> staff of the Design Center for American Urban Landscape and Council staff. Comments will be provided to <br /> applicants on their projects to assist them with preparing applications. <br /> Note: Applicants must be cities that are participating in the Local Housing Incentives Program established by the <br /> Livable Communities Act, or metropolitan counties for projects in eligible cities. <br /> Summaries are due by 5 Pill on June 20, 1997 at the Metropolitan Council offices, 230 East 5th Street, St. Paul. <br /> MN 55101. You may fax them to Joanne Barron's attention at 602-1404. Summaries will be reviewed during the <br /> week of June 23. Comments will be provided to applicants by the end of June. <br /> Project summaries must be limited to no more than two pages in length and in the format below.
