He wondered if action is actually <br /> needed by the City Council on this issue. <br /> Mr.Nyle Zikmund,Fire Chief,explained that this decision could be made by the Council,however he felt the <br /> Council may want to approve the amendments it would bring the assets into the city's possession at the pro rata <br /> share. <br /> Mayor McCarty stated he is somewhat concerned about bringing MAC into the Fire Services Contracts in a • <br /> more direct way than they have been in the past.
