Consideration of Resolution No.5119,Approving a General Concept Plan for the O'Neil Property <br /> 19 to Allow Development of Commercial Uses,2430 Highway 10. <br /> 20 •21 Ms. Sheldon noted that this Resolution will indicate the Council's approval of the general layout of the <br /> 22 development. This resolution will also approve the stipulations in Exhibit 1. She asked that the following <br /> 23 changes be made to Resolution No.5119. The final paragraph should be changed to read as follows: <br /> 24 <br /> 25 NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby approve the <br /> 26 general concept plan for the O'Neil Property prepared by HLM Architects and dated 2/1/97,subject to the <br /> 27 stipulations contained in Exhibit 1,and to the requirement that approval be obtained for a development stage <br /> 28 plan and final plan as provided in Section 1120.04,Subd.3 and Subd.4 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, <br /> 29 and with the following corrections to the general concept plan diagram: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 1. make Parcels A and B as restaurant sites; <br /> 32 <br /> 33 2. remove the driveways of the North and South end of the site on Highway 10; <br /> 34 <br /> 35 3. mark the driveway at the center as right in/right out;and <br /> 36 <br /> 37 4. remove the reference to the pedestrian bridge. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Mayor McCarty asked that Page 4 of Exhibit 1 of Resolution 5119 be changed as follows: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 11. Wetland;Wetland Buffer Area <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The wetland on the O'Neil Property is protected by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources(#171W) <br /> 44 and by the City ofMounds View Wetland Zoning District <br /> 45 ` <br /> 46 MOTION/SECOND: Koopmeiners/Quick to Approve Resolution No.5119,Approving a General Concept • <br /> 47 Plan for the O'Neil Property to Allow Development of Commercial Uses,2430 Highway 10,AS AMENDED. <br /> 48 <br />
