Approval of Resolution No.5122,Children's Home Society Lease Agreement. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Mr.Whiting explained that this resolution would approve a lease agreement between the City of Mounds View <br /> 17 and the Children's Home Society. He noted that their Board will not be meeting to consider this item until later <br /> 18 this month,however it will need to be executed prior to the awarding the bid and therefore,council approval is <br /> 19 necessary at this time. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to Approve Resolution No.5122,Children's Home Society Lease <br /> 22 Agreement. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 25 <br /> 26 IL Approval of Resolution No.5123,Construction Manager Agreement for the Bel Rae Project. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Mr.Long explained that the city would be utilizing a Construction Manager to oversee the construction work at <br /> 29 the Bel Rae. This is a standard construction management agreement form.
