Consideration of Resolution No.5121,Directing Staff to Proceed on Bel Rae Construction Contract Specifications and Bid Letting of Spending Authorization. Mr.Long explained that this resolution will give staff authority to proceed with getting the contract specifications ready,and authorize the expenditure of TIF funds. MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Koopmeiners to Approve Resolution No. 5121,Directing Staff to Proceed on Bel Rae Construction Contract Specifications and Bid Letting of Spending Authorization. VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried G. Approval of Resolution No.5122,Children's Home Society Lease Agreement. Mr.Whiting explained that this resolution would approve a lease agreement between the City of Mounds View and the Children's Home Society. He noted that their Board will not be meeting to consider this item until later this month,however it will need to be executed prior to the awarding the bid and therefore,council approval is necessary at this time. • MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to Approve Resolution No.5122,Children's Home Society Lease Agreement. VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried H. Approval of Resolution No.5123,Construction Manager Agreement for the Bel Rae Project. Mr.Long explained that the city would be utilizing a Construction Manager to oversee the construction work at the Bel Rae. This is a standard construction management agreement form. This resolution would give the Mayor and the Clerk Administrator the authority to execute the agreement with Flannery Construction at a rate of 3%.
