City Council Resolution No. 5138 <br /> June 23, 1997 • <br /> Page 4 <br /> This requirement has been included as a condition in this resolution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves the conditional <br /> use permit for a 36 foot x 32 foot oversized garage with three access doors with the following <br /> stipulations: <br /> 1. The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days of City <br /> Council approval, and a receipt of such recording shall be provided to the City of <br /> Mounds View. <br /> 2. The garage shall be constructed in accordance with the plans submitted, and shall be <br /> designed and maintained to provide a uniform building <br /> appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> 3. The garage shall not be used for living space or other uses not allowed by the <br /> district in which it is located or by the Zoning Code. Should the <br /> use change for which the permit was granted, the conditional use permit shall <br /> become null and void. <br /> 4. No other accessory buildings shall be allowed on this lot. 1110 <br /> 5.
