J. In the event of a reduction of the volume of water supplied to <br /> the golf course during peak demand period, the priority of water <br /> 411 distribution by the GROUNDS MANAGER shall be as follows : <br /> (1) Greens <br /> (2) Tees <br /> (3) Fairways <br /> (4) Other turf and landscape areas <br /> 9 . Other Required Duties <br /> Remove all litter daily from golf course grounds including the golf <br /> course proper, maintenance yard, landscaped areas and driving range. <br /> Remove all trash and debris resulting from golf course maintenance <br /> as it occurs . <br /> 10 . Fences - All Fences and Walls, Block. Chain Link, or Barbed Wire, <br /> etc . on or Within Boundaries of the Property <br /> Immediately repair or replace as necessary all broken or damaged <br /> fences, gates, and locking devices needed for the protection of the <br /> golf course or equipment. <br /> 11 . Buildings and Structures <br /> A. All maintenance buildings and structures shall be maintained in <br /> good repair at all times . Surrounding areas shall be maintained <br /> • free of weeds, brush, disorganized junk or broken-down <br /> equipment, trash piles, etc . Interior areas shall be clean and <br /> neatly organized, safe and sanitary, for customers and <br /> employees . Painting, rodent and insect control, and landscaping <br /> shall be performed as necessary. Housekeeping duties shall be <br /> the responsibility of the -GMANAGER and shall be performed <br /> daily. ' <br /> B. Cart Paths - Maintain all cart paths in a smooth and clean <br /> condition and repair promptly as needed. <br /> C. The GROUNDS MANAGER is responsible for all buildings and <br /> structures maintenance not including the clubhouse. <br /> 12 . Edging <br /> All sidewalks, patios and concrete cart paths shall be kept edged. <br /> Edging around valve boxes, meter boxes, backflow preventers, etc . <br /> shall be maintained as needed to ensure that there is no obstruction <br /> during play. • <br /> 13 . Sand Bunkers <br /> All sand bunkers shall be edged as necessary to maintain a proper <br /> lip as designed and raked four times per week.
