Execute and record with Ramsey County a perpetual drainage easement <br /> over that area on 7800 Eastwood Road regraded to function as a drainage <br /> swale. <br /> e. The applicant shall add to the plans a notation which states that the height of <br /> the wood fencing is six feet, and the height of the chain link fencing bordering <br /> the open play area is 42 inches. <br /> 2. This approval shall be contingent upon a decision by the Mounds View Economic <br /> Development Authority to convey, sell or otherwise transfer ownership of the <br /> property at 2625 Highway 10 to the applicants.
