} 111 <br /> q7- <br /> Resolution No. 5156 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> County of Ramsey <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> A resolution approving an employment agreement for the golf course superintendent and <br /> establishing incentive pay for golf course personnel. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View constructed and operates a nine hole golf course; <br /> WHEREAS, the City has determined that it is in its best interest to establish incentive pay for <br /> golf course personnel and to enter into an employment contract for the management of the golf <br /> course. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Mounds View, <br /> Minnesota that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to enter into an <br /> employment contract for management service at The Bridges, the City's golf course, with John <br /> Hammerschmidt with incentive pay for golf course personnel under the terms and conditions as <br /> outlined in the attached employment contract. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of September, 1997. <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br /> 1111 <br />
