Expiration;Extensions and Renewals: A permittee shall begin the work authorized by the permit within ninety(90) days from the date of issuance of the permit unless otherwise set forth in the permit. The permittee shall complete the work authorized by the permit within the time limit specified on the permit which shall in no event exceed more than twelve (12) months from the date of issuance unless such time limit is extended by the Coa.icil approval authority. The permittee shall notify the City at least forty eight (48) hours prior to the commencement of work. Should the work not be commenced as specified herein, the permit shall become void. (Ord. 505, 4-27-92) Section 4. Section 1010.09 of the Mounds View Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows: 11, 1010.09: APPEALS: Subd. 1. Applk,ation fur Variance or Appeal An applicant may appeal the denial of a wetland alteration or wetland buffer permit by the Director of Community Development to the City Council. An appeal shall be filed in writing no more than 14 days following the date of the decision by the Community Development Director. The appeal shall be scheduled for consideration by City Council at the next regular City Council meeting which is at least seven days from the date of the appeal Consideration of appeals shall be in accordance with the standards and procedures set forth in this Chapter 1010.
