Staff has <br /> consulted with SEH and has determined that October 13, 1997 would be appropriate. Staff will <br /> present the feasibility study at the work session on the previous Monday, and also at the public <br /> hearing. This time schedule will allow for discussion from the residents petition and also to <br /> provide information to the Council on the assessment policy and reconstruction standards. <br /> At this time it is assumed that the notice of the public hearing will contain cost estimates in unit <br /> prices and total project cost, based on a 32 foot wide street design. The design can be changed <br /> • _y / <br /> ' d, should the project be altered due to resident or Council input. <br /> Director of Public Works <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Council set a public hearing for 7:05 pm on October 13, 1997 in <br /> the Council Chambers of the Mounds View City Hall to consider the reconstruction of Spring <br /> Lake Road. <br />
