RESOLUTION NO. 5157 • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR INTERIM COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR <br /> WHEREAS, the departure of the City's Community Development Director requires <br /> action to declare interim compensation for the lead person of the Community Development <br /> Department until such time that a new Community Development Director is employed; and <br /> WHEREAS, Jim Ericson has taken on the responsibilities of the lead person in the <br /> Community Development Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, compensation for the interim position must be established by Council <br /> Resolution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and for the City of <br /> Mounds View does hereby approve the following compensation provision for the Interim <br /> Community Development Director,Jim Ericson in the monthly amount of$500 added to current • <br /> salary retroactive to August 8, 1997 and terminates upon the official employment of a new <br /> Community Development Director. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of September, 1997 <br /> A i1'EST: <br /> Mayor McCarty <br /> City Clerk-Administrator Charles Whiting <br /> (SEAL) <br />
