RESOLUTION NO. 5160 • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR <br /> RICHARD KUJAWA, CUSTODIAN <br /> WHEREAS, Richard Kujawa has been with the City since October 2, 1995; and <br /> WHEREAS, Richard's work performance has met the responsibilities of Custodian as <br /> outlined in the job description; and <br /> WHEREAS, his work performance has been satisfactorily reflected in his performance <br /> review; and <br /> WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the City's Compensation Policy is <br /> recommended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br /> • <br /> approves a step adjustment for Richard Kujawa from$10.15/hr. to 10.72/hr. effective October 2, <br /> 1997. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of September, 1997 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor McCarty <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Charles S.
