Ten feet will be required along the front and rear property <br /> lines and five feet for the side property lines, which are shown on the Certificate of Survey. This <br /> easement document shall be recorded with Ramsey County prior to the Mayor's and the City <br /> Administrator's signatures on the Certificate of Survey. In addition, a shared access driveway <br /> easement will also need to be recorded prior to the placement of signatures onto the Certificate of <br /> Survey.
