After the Certificate of Survey has been signed by the appropriate parties and <br /> completed with the document recordation numbers, the applicant shall record the <br /> City Council resolution of approval, with the Certificate of Survey as an <br /> attachment, with Ramsey County within sixty(60) days of final adoption, and <br /> present proof of such recording to the City of Mounds View, or this approval shall <br /> be null and void. <br /> 4.
