RESOLUTION NO. 5158 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW 4111 <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br /> SPRING LAKE ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD I <br /> RECONSTRUCTION AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is considering to <br /> reconstruct Spring Lake Road from County Road H2 to Hillview Road <br /> and from TH 10 to County Road J and also reconstruct County Road <br /> I from Pleasantview Drive to Silver Lake Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, both of these roads are Ramsey County <br /> Turnback roads; and <br /> WHEREAS, this project will include total street <br /> reconstruction in accordance with Minnesota State Aid Standards <br /> for various segments, storm sewer construction, sidewalk <br /> construction, water main installation; and <br /> WHEREAS, this project is proposed to be assessed <br /> in accordance with Chapter 202 of the Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered a • <br /> feasibility study to include cost estimates in unit prices and <br /> total project cost . <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated total cost of the <br /> improvement derived from the feasibility study is $1, 529, 979 . 00, <br /> with three storm sewer alternates which are $258, 750 . 00 , <br /> 113 , 750 . 00 and $56, 875 . 00 ; and <br /> WHEREAS, unit prices are : <br /> Street construction $1, 143 , 506 . 00 <br /> Trail / sidewalk 161, 180 . 00 <br /> Water Main 24, 055 . 00 <br /> Water Services 2, 986 . 00 <br /> Storm Sewer Systems 198, 252 . 00 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City <br /> Council of the City of Mounds View sets a public hearing on <br /> November 24 , 1997 at 7 : 05 pm, to be held at Mounds View City <br /> Hall, 2401 Hwy 10, Mounds View MN. 55112, to consider the <br /> reconstruction of Spring Lake Road from County Road H2 to <br /> Hillview Road and from TH 10 to County Road J and also <br /> reconstruct County Road I from Pleasantview Drive to Silver Lake <br /> Road. <br /> (Over) 410 <br />
