After several <br /> correspondences, Everest has reluctantly agreed to pay the park dedication fee determined by <br /> • staff with several conditions. <br /> I am planning on bringing a resolution forward for consideration at the meeting on October 13, <br /> 1997. I would make a provision in the resolution and agreement that would require the payment <br /> of the park dedication fee in full prior to the execution of the agreement. I wanted to give a <br /> status report and solicit any feedback prior to the meeting on the 13th. <br /> 410 • <br />
