After EDA discussion <br /> member Gary Quick made a motion which was seconded by member Roger Stigney to table <br /> consideration of the Development Assistance Agreement until such time as the Park Dedication Fee has <br /> been determined. This motion was passed by a unanimous vote of the EDA Board. <br /> • <br /> In previous correspondences the City determined that the Park Dedication Fee for the re-subdivision of <br /> the land for Building N amounts to approximately$57,000. It is clear that the Everest Group does not <br /> agree with this amount.
