This certificate has allowed <br /> Mounds View to contract with the State of Minnesota for goods and services in excess of <br /> $50,000 for the past two years. <br /> Before another certificate may be issued, an updated affirmative action plan must be submitted to <br /> the Department of Human Rights for recertification. The attached plan has been revised and <br /> • includes all items which are required for an affirmative action plan. <br /> This item will be placed on the October 13, 1997 meeting for City Council consideration. <br /> • <br />
