Apparently there was an agreement that if certain traffic <br /> levels were exceeded,Mounds View could remove that section between the City of Mounds View and the <br /> southern border of the highway even though it was located in Anoka County.However neither Anoka County <br /> or the State of Minnesota are a part of that agreement. Also,the west-bound left hand turn lane would need to <br /> be re configured for safety as well as many other things need to be considered. He would like to begin the <br /> necessary process by contacting other involved agencies. <br /> Report of Clerk Administrator.
