At the public hearing, staff will present information which will <br /> be considered in determining the construction design, estimated cost, and assessments levied. <br /> After the public hearing staff will request action on a resolution to consider the project. <br /> This staff report is accompanied by a previously submitted report relating to the proposed <br /> project. The report was presented at the November 3, 1997 Council Work Session. Staff would <br /> request that Council review this report for further consideration and reduce duplication of most <br /> . of the report. Council has also requested additional information be presented to the public at the <br /> hearing. A <br /> number of alternatives that deviate from the City's current policy will be presented for Council's <br /> consideration. Construction cost estimates have been obtained for each. <br />
