RESOLUTION NO. 5182 • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE RECONSTRUCTION OF <br /> SPRING LAKE ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD I <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View is considering <br /> to reconstruct Spring Lake Road from County Rd H2 to County Rd. I, from County Rd. Ito <br /> Hillview Rd., from TH 10 to County Rd. J and County Rd. I from Pleasant View Drive to Silver <br /> Lake Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, both Spring Lake Road and County Road I are proposed to <br /> be designated Municipal State Aid Roads (MSA) and must be constructed to MSA standards; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, two public informational meetings were conducted with the <br /> affected property owners to consider public input, discuss design standard requirements, and <br /> preliminary estimated assessments; and • <br /> WHEREAS, this project will include complete street reconstruction (width <br /> of_feet no parking allowed on Spring Lake Road from County Rd. H2 to County Rd. I and <br /> TH10 to County Rd. J. and 26 feet wide from County Rd. Ito Hillview Rd. County Rd. will be <br /> _feet wide, no parking, from Pleasant View Drive to Silver Lake Rd.) including B618 curb and <br /> gutter, sidewalk construction(9 feet wide on County Rd I from Pleasant View Drive to Silver <br /> Lake Rd. and on Spring Lake Rd. from County Rd. I to Hillview Rd.), minor water main <br /> installation, minor construction of storm sewer; and <br /> WHEREAS, this project is proposed to be assessed to the benefitted <br /> properties in accordance with Chapter 202 of the Municipal Code and the City Charter in that the <br /> amount assessed will be revised to_% of one half of the street and other assessment formulas <br /> will remain the same; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's engineers have conducted a investigation of the <br /> proposed project and determined that the abovementioned segments of Spring Lake Road and <br /> County Rd I are feasible, prudent and cost effective for reconstruction; and <br /> i <br />
