The developers meet with me about two weeks before the project was submitted to the City. It appears that the <br /> project is consistent with the previously submitted site plans. They have moved the outlet from the pond in front <br /> of the Senior Housing as recommended in earlier site plans to provide more distance <br /> betweeneto inlet <br /> a longer <br /> and outlet <br /> I also indicated to them that I would like to have the outlet from the small pond movedsouthwest P <br /> distance from the inlet to the outlet. <br /> We discussed the outflow from the site. To make sure the site drains, <br /> the culverts under the St.Paul Utility should <br /> be operational. There was some question to whether �eTdevel glom could improve these culverts since it may <br /> itor may not be on their property. This issue may <br /> The fnai item hydraulic item discussed was the overflow from the pond in front the Senior Center. I indicated to <br /> them they should make sure the emergency overflow is away from the garage and towards the street. They will <br /> investigate this. <br /> We also discussed the buffer area. I indicated to them that I would like to see natural vegetation between the ponds <br /> and buildings. This area should be obtained as an easement by the City to assure it is not mowed. My main concern <br /> is encroachment in the buffer.
