Planning Commission Resolution 526-97 <br /> Silverview Estates Preliminary Plat <br /> 1111 November 14, 1997 <br /> Page 2 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br /> recommends approval of the preliminary plat request by Silverview Estates Development <br /> Company contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. Before the City Council takes action on this preliminary plat request, the applicant <br /> shall revise the plat as following: <br /> a. Dimensions shall be shown for the 30-foot by 30-foot triangular easement for the <br /> City's gateway element at the corner of Silver Lake Road and Highway 10. <br /> b. A ten foot drainage and utility easement along Silver Lake Road shall be added, if <br /> required by the City Engineer or Public Works Director. <br /> c. The Silver Lake Road right of way shall be amended to reflect a 43-foot right of <br /> way. <br /> 2.
