When developing in organic soils all organic matter should be removed <br /> and replaced with suitable mineral fill. This mineral should be allowed <br /> to settle at least one year prior to building to insure stability. <br /> 3. To insure vegetative proliferation and longevity the existing soils <br /> should have loamy textured soil and organic materials incorporated into <br /> then to a minimum depth of six inches. <br /> 4. Flood elevations and high water table levels on Lots 16-19 and <br /> portions of Pinewood Circle should be evaluated to properly locate or <br /> preclude structures prior to development. <br /> 5. All or portions of Lots 16-19 and Pinewood Circle lie within landscapes <br /> exhibiting wetland type habitats.
