The site also contains a wetland of approximately 4.5 acres. <br /> Planning Process: <br /> Planned Unit Developments within the City of Mounds View must go through three steps prior to <br /> issuance of any permits and establishment of the use: General Concept Plan approval, Development <br /> Plan approval and Final Plan approval. The following chronology summarizes the key milestones <br /> leading to the current request for Council action. <br /> May 27, 1997: City Council approved Ordinance No. 599 approving the PUD rezoning for <br /> the subject property along with Resolution No. 5127 approving the general <br /> concept plan for the PUD. <br /> August 20, 1997: Items discussed in detail by the Planning Commission <br /> October 9, 1997: Mn/DOT granted preliminary approval for the requested curb cuts along <br /> Highway 10 <br /> October 22, 1997: Rice Creek Watershed approves drainage permit <br /> October 31, 1997: Submittal of revised Preliminary Plat and Development Plan for <br /> • consideration by the Planning Commission on November 19, 1997 <br />
