No <br /> construction is authorized beyond the capitation date of November 11, 1999. If Permittee requires <br /> more time to complete construction, a renewal of the Permit will be necessary. <br /> Please contact RCWD at 483-0634 when the project is about to commence so an inspector may view <br /> the work in progress. By acceptance of this Permit, Permittee has consented to the foregoing.
