Right of way shown is not in conformance with the Ramsey <br /> County Major Street Plan. An additional three (3) feet of <br /> right of way will be required along Silver Lake Road in <br /> the areas where the existing right of way is 40 feet . <br /> 2 . Approval of grading plans , will be required prior to <br /> construction. <br /> 3 . Approval of drainage plans will be required prior to <br /> construction. <br /> 4 . Approval for access and construction on County right of <br /> way will be required prior to any work. <br /> S . Utility permits will also be required for construction <br /> within County richt of way. <br />
