This will need to be accomplished before certificates of occupancy are <br /> issued. <br /> 1111 3. Only clean fill, substantially free of chemical pollutants and contaminants, shall be <br /> brought onto the site. <br /> 4. The minimum building elevation for the home to be constructed on this lot shall <br /> not be less 891.9 as specified in the City's Local Water Management Plan. <br /> 5. No waste--solid, hazardous or otherwise—shall be allowed to enter directly or <br /> indirectly into the wetland. <br /> 6. The applicant shall dedicate to the City a drainage easement over the wetland areas <br /> on the lot before any permits (grading, drainage or otherwise) will be issued. <br /> 7. A five-foot wide strip of naturally vegetated land shall be left unlandscaped and <br /> included within the easement area to further protect against contaminants <br /> (fertilizers, etc.) from entering into the wetland. <br /> 8. The applicant shall dedicate a drainage and utility easement to the City over and <br /> across the following parts of Lot 2, Block 1,Downing Addition: <br /> The north ten feet, the south ten feet, the west five eet, the east five feet of the <br /> north 135, the east 65 feet of the north five feet o the south 170.08 feet, and the <br /> east five feet of the south 170.08 feet of Lot 2, B ock 1, Downing Addition, <br /> Ramsey County,Minnesota. <br /> • <br />
