RESOLUTION NO. 5203 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS <br /> FALLING ON LEGAL HOLIDAYS <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 105.04, Subdivision 1 of the Municipal Code provides for regular <br /> meetings of the Mounds View City Council to occur on the second and fourth Mondays of each <br /> month; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 105.04, Subdivision 3 of the Municipal Code states that agenda <br /> meetings of the Mounds View City Council held on the first and third; and <br /> WHEREAS, certain Mondays in 1998 are dates recognized as legal holidays, thus <br /> prohibiting an official meeting of the Mounds View City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City Council to reschedule those meeting <br /> in conflict with legal holidays; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View that the following meeting dates are rescheduled as shown: <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds View does <br /> hereby set the meeting schedule for 1998 as indicated in the Attached Exhibit A, noting that <br /> changes in the schedule may take place during the year through amendments to this resolution <br /> Original Date Rescheduled Date <br /> May 25 May 26 <br /> September 7 September 8 <br /> October 12 October 13 <br /> Adopted this 12th day of January, 1998 <br /> ATTEST <br /> Mayor McCarty <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator Chuck Whiting <br />
