Most councils engage in a 1-1/2 workshop/retreat to improve <br /> council leadership effectiveness and council-staff teamwork as well as set definite city-wide <br /> leadership goals and workplstns for achieving those goals. I've had the honor in the past to do <br /> several workshops of this type for the City of Mounds View. <br /> 10 Fees typically for a workshop of this type arc $2,500.00 plus expenses. This fee includes <br /> workshop preparation to meet your council's specific needs and objectives for the workshop, <br /> conducting the workshop, and submission of a post-workshop report. Final contractual <br /> arrangements are handled by Mary Sahatkc at the Government Leadership Service. <br /> Available dates, assuming a Friday afternoon and all day Saturday workshop, are: <br /> February 13-14, March 13-14, 20 21, and 27-28. If we could do a Saturday-Sunday <br /> combination, I would be available on February 28-March I since I will be working with the <br /> Brooklyn Center city council on February 27.
