• <br /> BIOGRAPHY <br /> Carl H. Neu. Jr. <br /> Carl H. Neu, Jr. - Executive Vice President of Neu and Company <br /> is a consultant to commercial and governmental organizations. In <br /> addition to Neu and Company, he cofounded two corporations <br /> serving the leadership development and training needs of the <br /> banking, hospitality, and healthcare industries. <br /> He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology <br /> and holds an M.B.A, from Harvard University. He served on the <br /> Lakewood, Colorado, City Council from 1975 to 1980 completing <br /> two terms as City Council President. He served as Chairman of <br /> the Lakewood City Charter Commission and currently is <br /> President of the Lakewood Public Building Authority. He has <br /> 411 been a lecturer at the University of Colorado's Graduate School <br /> of Public Affairs, a faculty member for its Center for the <br /> Improvement of Public Management, a faculty member for the <br /> Rocky Mountain Institute for Public Officials and currently is a <br /> member of the faculty of the University of Arizona's Southwest <br /> City/County Leadership Program. <br /> Carl Neu is a consultant to numerous municipalities, county <br /> governments, and state municipal leagues and associations <br /> throughout the country. He is a frequent speaker and workshop <br /> leader at governance conferences. His writings on governance <br /> and strategic leadership have been published nationally.
