She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and is currently working towards her MBA in Human Resource Management at the University of St. Thomas. Nancy has over twenty years of human resource and finance/accounting • leadership experience and management consulting experience. In her leadership roles, Nancy has been responsible for planning, implementing and integrating multiple functions including all human resource business areas, payroll, HRIS, accounting and finance. She has lead and coached cross functional teams in business process re-engineering efforts, identified the organizational implications, and guided the implementation and integration of technology and information systems to enable those changes. She has directed projects in all areas of organizational transformation including assessment utilizing interviews, surveys and focus groups; organization and work design; leadership and employee assessment, development and training; performance management; rewards and recognition systems. Nancy has experience working with clients in both the private and public sector, across industries and in all size of companies. Nancy is a member of the Twin Cities Personnel Association (TCPA), including past Board of Directors, the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the OD Network of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). Her professional certifications include Zenner-Miller Certification. The . University of St. Thomas Management Center Trainer Certification, and Mediation Certification from the Center for Dispute Resolution. She also participates in numerous volunteer roles including local school and church activities, and the United Way.
