Heather provides consulting support in the areas of <br /> job/work analysis; employee communications; employee and customer <br /> survey design and administration; customized compensation and benefit <br /> survey design; job pricing, pay structure design and various analyses that <br /> support compensation and benefit program design. Heather also provides <br /> • assistance during various organizational change initiatives such as focus <br /> groups, assessments and large scale organizational change events. <br /> Heather holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management from <br /> the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Her areas of study included Training, <br /> Organizational Development, Benefits and Staffing. While at UMD, she <br /> served as the VP of Communications for a student Sales & Marketing <br /> organization. <br /> Prior to joining Jackson Fuehrer & Associates, Inc. Heather held positions <br /> at Fraser (formerly Cross Pointe Paper) in Human Resources where she <br /> gained expertise in editing and publishing the Corporate HR newsletter, <br /> staffing, benefits, compensation and event planning. <br /> Heather is a member of TCPA (Twin Cities Personnel Association). <br /> • <br />
