I. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4917 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR <br /> INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> WHEREAS, on March 18, 1996 the City Council named Cathy Bennett as the Interim <br /> City Administrator; and <br /> WHEREAS, compensation for the position must be established by Council resolution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and for the City of <br /> Mounds View does hereby approve the following compensation provisions for the Interim City <br /> Administrator, Cathy Bennett: <br /> 1. A monthly increase of$1,000 added to current salary. <br /> 2. Monthly car allowance of$200 with mileage paid for greater Metropolitan area <br /> meetings, conferences and other activities. <br /> BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the compensation provisions are effective as of Monday, <br /> March 25, 1996 and terminate April 19, 1996. <br /> Adopted this 25th day of March, 1996. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
