In addition to the <br /> information provided on his plaque, He also was assigned to the Ramsey County Drug Task Force, <br /> Special Investigation Unit, Narcotics Division where he was involved in seizing 100 pounds of <br /> marijuana worth in excess of $329,000. In addition, Jack was a member of the Minnesota <br /> Juvenile Officer's Association, Minnesota Sex Crime Investigator's Association and the Minnesota <br /> State Division of International Association for Identification. His pride in providing a safe <br /> environment for Mounds View residents will be missed as Jack takes a new position with LELS (Law <br /> Enforcement Labor Services) as a business agent representing Police Labor Units. <br /> Paul Harrington has been with the City for excess of 5 years and has continuously shown leadership <br /> qualities in his Planning and Management Career. His direction has resulted in numerous housing <br /> developments, business sector growth, and the implementation of tough standards to improve the <br /> quality of life in Mounds View. Paul will now take his wealth of experience in the public sector and <br /> apply those skills in a new private sector position with Sprint Communications.
