As part <br /> of that application, Prime Builders also requested a rezoning of the <br /> subject property from R-4, High Density Residential, to PUD, Planned <br /> Unit Development. The rezoning would allow the zoning to more closely <br /> match the use of the property as a condominium development. <br /> The Ordinance was formally introduced on June 27 and is presented this <br /> evening for consideration of adoption. <br /> Paul Harrington <br /> Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator <br /> JECOMMENDATION` Staff recommends that the Council waive the reading <br /> and formally adopt Ordinance No. 543 amending the Mounds View Municipal <br /> Code by amending Appendix A, "Specific Rezonings" . <br />
