The Planning Commission also Wnodal 2205, <br /> requested to see the landscape plan. PlanningaDrive, <br /> Mr. Nelson explained the plan in detail. No. 380-94 Case <br /> The Planning Commission inquired as to No. <br /> whether or not our City Forester had <br /> reviewed the plan. Planner Harrington <br /> assured the Planning Commission that it <br /> had been reviewed by the Forester. <br /> The Planning Commission expressed <br /> concern about screening of the dumpsters <br /> from view of KFC and Taco Bell . Mr <br /> Nelson indicated that the applicant <br /> would prefer that no additional <br /> landscaping be required but would <br /> consider additional shrubbery if <br /> necessary. It was also noted that the <br /> Mounds View Inn did not voice any <br /> concern regarding the desire for more <br /> landscaping. Counc"ilmember Wuori <br /> announced her concerns regarding the <br /> illumination from the headlights of the <br /> employees cars shining in the motel <br /> windows. Mr. Nelson indicated this <br /> would not be a problem. <br /> The applicant informed the Planning <br /> Commission that they hoped to be <br /> operational by mid to late October, <br /> 1994 . <br /> Motion/Second: Nelson/Miller to approve <br /> Resolution No. 379-94 , recommending <br /> approval of the rezoning/development <br /> review/major subdivision request of C. <br /> G. Hill, Mounds View Business Park East. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays <br /> Motion Carried <br /> At this time, Planner Harrington brought <br /> before the Planning Commission the <br /> request of Multi-Tech for the Planning <br /> Commission to reaffirm the previous <br /> approval of Resolution No. 372-93 <br /> approving a 60, 000 square foot building <br /> expansion. Planner Harrington indicated <br /> that the tax increment financing issues <br />
