The existing building is a one-stall garage
and following relocation on the site, will be used for storage. The
applicant has informed Staff that they have no intentions of installing
an improved surface leading to the structure.
The plot plan provided by the applicant indicates possible setbacks for
the structures of less than five (5) feet. The Municipal Code requires
all accessory structures to be a minimum of 5 feet off of property
lines . However, the applicant has indicated to Staff that the required
setbacks will be met.
All materials received as a part of this application have been provided
for your review. Staff has drafted Resolution No. 4605 for
consideration by the Council.
•
Paul Harrinton, Commt3[nity Development Coordinator
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 4605 approving a Conditional
Use Permit for an oversize accessory building at 5505 Quincy Street,
Rodney Schultz.
