The purpose of this plan is to provide for an effective <br /> streetlighting system that is safe for all users of City streets and walkways. <br /> ............................................................................................. <br /> PROGRAM :SUMMARY: <br /> ............................................................................................. <br /> ............................................................................................ <br /> ............................................................................................ <br /> Provide for a safe community in which to work, live and play. <br /> 1995 PROGRAM OBJECTIVES <br /> In accordance with the streetlight utility installation plan, adopted by the City Council in 1993 as proposed by the <br /> Police Department's needs assessment, 10 new streetlights will be added each year for three years, in addition to <br /> any requests for lighting that meet the streetlight policy criteria. <br /> .1995 PROGRAM PERFORMANCE:MEASURES <br /> Install 10 streetlights as determined by the Police Department's needs assessment. <br /> Install additional streetlights as requested by petition. <br />
