1995 PROGRAM/PERFORMANCE BUDGET <br /> DEPARTMENT Parks, Recreation & Forestry PROGRAM Clubhouse Operations <br /> FUNDING SOURCE Golf Course Enterprise Fund <br /> The purpose of the clubhouse operations is to serve the golfer with <br /> PROGRAM PURPOSE customer services such as golf club rentals, cart rentals, restrooms, <br /> food and beverage concessions, supplies, league information, <br /> lessons information, reservations, tournaments, etc. <br /> Customer service, marketing and sales is the summary activity of <br /> PROGRAM SUMMARY the Clubhouse operations. Clubhouse operations is the hub of the <br /> entire golf course/practice range activities. <br /> The object of Clubhouse operations is to serve the <br /> 1995 PROGRAM OBJECTIVES customers, to make a profit, and to provide a hub of <br /> communication for golf course and practice range <br /> activities. <br /> 1. One measure is good customer satisfaction <br /> 1995 PROGRAM PERFORMANCE MEASURES which will be indicated on evaluation forms <br /> requested by patrons. <br /> 2. Another measure will be the degree of customer satisfaction by being able to serve the needs of the <br /> customer. A log of requests that are unserved will be formed so that it can be reviewed and expanded <br /> service offered in the future. <br /> 3. Another measure will be the amount of revenues generated by Clubhouse operations as to the <br /> degree of success. <br />
