In accordance with the City's 5 Step Compensation Policy, this <br />position is due for a wage adjustment. <br />Mr. Johnson is currently at Step 4, which is $2,804.53/mo. His performance <br />has been satisfactory and staff is recommending a wage adjustment to Step <br />5, 2,951.86/mo.
