ORDINANCE NO. 547 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1994 LONG TERM FINANCIAL PLAN <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br />SECTION I. The 1994 Long Term Financial Plan was <br />presented on August 8, 1994 and placed on file in the Clerk - <br />Administrator's office for public review. <br />SECTION II.
