APPROVAL OF MINUTES- <br /> The May 17, 1994 minutes were tabled until the July 19, 1994 meeting. <br /> IV. STAFF REPORT- <br /> No staff report was provided. <br /> V. COUNCIL REPORT <br /> Councilmember Blanchard presented the City Council's decision regarding <br /> EQC Commissioner Trotta's letter to MnDOT. In the future, Ms. Blanchard <br /> noted, any Commission suggestions or recommendations must be presented <br /> to the Council for approval prior to any action taken on the item. <br /> VI. OLD BUSINESS <br /> A. Preliminary Plan for Mounds View's Greenway <br /> Chair Oman provided an update on the issues of employing an <br /> ordinance or a licensing approach for recycling containers within <br /> multiple dwelling locations. A focus on implementing the principles <br /> of Landscaping for Wildlife within the City was stressed as well. He <br /> also reiterated the wildlife corridor theme the EQC favored.
