The Mounds View Municipal Code allows garages up to 1264 <br /> square feet with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. Mr. Tanner's <br /> request meets all requirements of the Municipal Code for issuance of the <br /> Permit, however, the Code does stipulate that in the event a garage exceeds <br /> • 1000 square feet (which the applicants will with the proposed addition) no <br /> other accessory buildings shall be allowed on the property (Chapter 1106. 04 <br /> Subdivision 6 c) . Currently, an 8'x 12' accessory building is located ori <br /> the property. j <br /> Following review of this item at the August 3, 1994 Planning Commission <br /> meeting, Mr. Tanner decided to amend his original request and not exceed <br /> the 1000 square foot limit- therefore allowing him to keep the existing <br /> 8'x 12' accessory building on his property. The Planning Commission found <br /> no problem with this amendment and recommended approval of the request. <br /> Staff has included all materials received as part of this application for _ <br /> review by the Council.
