RESOLUTION NO. 94-EDA15 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ELECTED CHAIRPERSON <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, on behalf to the Economic Development <br /> Authority, has approved the establishment of an Economic Development Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Municipal Code Chapter 408.07, Subdivision 1 entitled <br /> Economic Development Commission. Organization states that "at the first regular meeting of <br /> the year, the Commission shall appoint a chairperson from among its voting members and that <br /> this appointment shall be subject to Authority approval and shall consist of a one year term"; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, through a unanimous vote of the Economic Development <br /> Commission members on August 25, 1994, Delane Welsch was appointed chairperson of the <br /> Economic Development Commission. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development <br /> Authority of the City of Mounds View hereby approves the appointment of Delane Welsch as <br /> chairperson of the Economic Development Commission. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of September, 1994. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> President <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Executive Director <br />
