RESOLUTION NO. 4638 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR BRADY NEUMANN, <br /> 8425 SPRING LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 395-94 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br /> request of Brady Neumann for an oversized garage; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows, by <br /> conditional use permit, up to 1, 264 square feet of garage square <br /> footage on one lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing a garage not to <br /> exceed 1, 264 square feet, which is the maximum allowed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br /> setback requirements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request and recommended approval. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> City Council approves the requested Conditional Use Permit for an <br /> oversized garage, not to exceed 1,264 square feet, by Brady <br /> Neumann, 8425 Spring Lake Road, contingent upon the following: <br /> a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey <br /> County. <br /> b) The building be designed and maintained to provide a <br /> uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> c) That an 8 'x 8 ' accessory building currently located on <br /> the property be removed prior to construction of the <br /> garage addition. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of September, 1994 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
