Robert C. Long appeared on behalf of the Cit'- appeared on behalf of the Owners of Record. Upon consideration of the Affidavit of Robert C. Long, City of Mounds View Resolution No. 4590, the City's Order for Abatement of a Hazardous Building, and argument of counsel, the Court finds that the City has fulfilled all procedural requirements under Minnesota Statutes, Section 463.15 to 463.26 and Chapter 604 of the Mounds View City Code, that the Owners of Record did not file an ar+ er to the City's Order within 20 days of service, that the Owners of Record have offered no valid defense against summary enforcement of the City Order, and that the City is entitled to judgment by default in this matter.
